When you add &#8220;enterprise&#8221; to any hard drive, the price usually doubles, but with this package, you get a complete solution from LaCie, a leader in the design and manufacture of hard drives.</p><p>Each enclosure contains enterprise-class SATA disks for the utmost reliability and performance, a 5-year warranty with a full 5-year product swap, which is great if any of the hard drives or the actual product fails in any way. In addition, 128-bit AES hardware encryption has been integrated, plus 24K gold-plated cable contact fro improved transfer speeds.
